Customers benefit from impressive quality and collective knowledge
Kenan Cirak, who works in international sales, is one of the younger team members, but he can already look back to 14 years of experience in the industry. He made a conscious decision to join Rotar as area sales manager in early 2025:
‘It's not just the quality of the ROTAR products that is exceptional. I am also impressed by the fact that almost 100% of the components come from Europe. To me in sales it is also important that the entire organization is a team and flexible, dynamic, and fully focused on the customer, e.g., the delivery of spare parts is very quick.’
When talking to customers, Kenan always discusses alternative solutions with all their advantages and disadvantages. If necessary, he seeks a second opinion from his colleagues.
‘This way, customers benefit from our collective knowledge. When we advise customers, we always think in terms of long prospects: we first learn about their experiences and think about their future projects. Then we explain all our proposed solutions in detail so that it is clear what they can expect from our Rotar attachment in the long run.’
As his first year with ROTAR is now nearing its end, Kenan is more than happy to be part of the ROTAR team and its way of working, getting things processed, and taking decisions together.
